The glass screen printing machine special design to print glass, board, metal and some flat items

Feature:

1.Working process:glass automatic pre--orientation conveying precise orientation printing detection and glass unloading conveying dryer(connective and fully automatic)

2.Special orientation system is very suitable for complex shapes of printing substrates such as the front and rear sector glass of automoblies.and the orientation precision is about 0.1mm.

3.Due to easy scratched features of some printing substrates, we take the special treatment for the working table to prevent the printing substrates from scratching and make the table resistant to abrasion.

4.Machine is equipped with PLC working system, friendly touch control panel, position adjusting system with high precision display function error alarming system and photoelectric protection device.

5.Adopts converter to control the printing speed.The printing speed and oil flooding speed are adjustable.

6.Adopts worm reduction gear with safety brake motor converter to assure stable up/down and left/right movement for the main part for the machine.

7.Adjustment for screen frame is realized by X.Y.axes moving contra position,it's easy and precise.

8.There are two kinds of oil flooding available:one is before printing , the other is together with printing ,It also can reduce screen blocking and shading problems.

9.Adopt constant pressure equipment for the scraper.Once the pressure is fixed, the uneven thickness of the printing substrates can be equalizes automatically.

10.Adopts constant pressure equipment for the flood bar.Pressure for the flood bar can be adjusted freely.Different thickness oil coating can be realized under this condition without any vibration waves.

11.Both scraper printing times and floor bar coating times can be set freely without moving the screen frame.The repeatable precision is very high .
