How to choose a correct rapid tag screen printing machine from us?

A: How many colors do your customers order when ordering a tagless label or promotional product?

When choosing our rapid garment tag screen printer, essentially you need to decide how many print heads you need. So ask yourself how many colors do your customers order. You also have to think if the customer will want an under-base or want high density prints.

B: What is your max printing area?

Are your images within 100*130mm? We done these rapid screen printing machine with standard max printing size 100*130mm

Of course, there is possible to customize bigger size which according different customer’s requirement

C: Do you need special pallets for your specific product?

If your product cannot easily go on to our standard pallets, then you will need some altering. 
-Pallets are interchangeable, sometimes, we will make the pallet according different clients’s specially requirement

D: Do you print on plastics/ metals or textiles? Which ink of you using? UV ink or others?

It can not use uv ink print, because screen printing machine only with infrared drying system
