How to choose the right  ink for screen printers ?

Q: Solvents inks are divided into quick-drying, medium-drying and slow-drying types. When are these types used?
The drying speed of the solvent is determined by the evaporation (Volatilization) speed of the solvent itself, and the evaporation (Volatilization) speed is determined by their own boiling points.
Quick-drying solvent: boiling point is generally 100℃-150℃
Intermediate dry solvent: boiling point is generally 150℃-200℃
Slow-drying solvent: boiling point is generally above 200℃


Various solvents ink are not a single variety of solvents, they are all made of a mixture of several solvents to control the drying speed of the ink.

Therefore, the automatic screen printers generally uses quick-drying solvents; 
manual screen printing use with slow-drying solvents under high-temperature and low-humidity conditions; 
medium-drying solvents is under with air-conditioning and humidity control environments. 

If the wrong solvent is used, it will cause mesh blockage and netting; eroded and cracked for the material, 

so it is very important to choose the appropriate solvent.
