How to make silicon pad for pad printing

In fact,lots of customers can make the silicon pad for pad printing machine by themself, it is very simple,pls kindly check followings steps:

Silicon pad making process:

1.please clean the silicon pad mould very well,and then put it on the balanceable place

2.please put both of silicon gel and silicon oil into measuring cup

3.max it fully,and keep it for about 5 minutes

4.please add some hardener

5.max it fully again,and keep it for about 5 minutes

6.please put the silicon gel which you max it fully to the silicon pad mould

7.Cover the wood lid on it,the silicon pad will demould after about 3 or 4 hours

8.all is ok
